Buyer will... 1) Email staff@fieldandclays.com intent to buy an item at listed price, or make a best offer. 3) Send payment to FieldandClays (*check, cashiers check, money order) 4) Inform staff@fieldandclays.com when item is received Fees... 1) Seller agrees to a $4.95 subscription fee per month until item sells or listing is cancelled. This is to insure a potential buyer that a seller is serious. 2) FieldandClays deducts a % it collects from a buyer then sends all net proceeds to the seller. 2.9% for items over $5,000 or 3.9% for items under $5,000 or 4.9% for items under $1,000 *Paying with check eliminates costly credit card charges and saves $ for all parties The insertion fee is to insure a seller really wants to sell and the % is fair exchange for providing a Nation Wide format FieldandClays acts only as a conduit, not a seller or buyer and is harmless
