National Wheelchair Games
Trapshooting debuted as an event in the National Wheelchair
games at Sportsman's Gun and Reel Club in Cleveland, Ohio (Lorain). These
American Heroes participated in a full 100 bird ATA registered style event. Most
had never shot at a clay target and proceeded to amaze the coaches and audience
with their athletic abilities. Every contestant enjoyed the event, but the
volunteer club members enjoyed it even more. It was great inspiration for all.
I'm confident we'll see many who were introduced to trap this day on the firing
line in the near future... many got hooked on the sport. Yesssss!
